Etiquette

Our space is a serene environment designed to let you detox from the outside world. We respectfully request that all guests keep noise to a minimum and turn off or silence your cell phones.

Reservations

Advanced reservations are requested.  A credit card number is required to hold your reservation.

Cancellation Policy

We at The Oasis take the time to prepare for your scheduled appointment before your arrival. We are committed to providing you with exceptional service. When you cancel without giving enough notice, you prevent another client from being seen. Please give us 24 hours' notice to notify us of any changes or cancellations. We understand that life's circumstances sometimes prevent you from keeping your appointments. If 24-hour notification is not given, you will be charged the full amount of your scheduled service for the missed appointment.

Special Conditions

If you have any allergies, high blood pressure, heart conditions, other medical conditions, or are pregnant, we advise you to consult your doctor before signing up for a float or sauna session. The safety of our staff and clients is our utmost priority. If you are suffering from any contagious infection, we recommend that you reschedule your appointment until you feel better. You may be asked to wear masks or get your temperature tested

Late Policy

Unfortunately, if you are late, we can only offer you the time remaining in your float or reschedule your session with a 100% charge for the missed appointment.

Privacy Policy

Customer information in our files is used to improve your service and send important messages as well as marketing communications. We do not, under any circumstances, share this information with third-parties

Payment

We accept cash, Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express.
